We at Lotus Recruitment have partnered with a market leader in renewable energy on a national skills development project, which will run on an annual basis. The project itself not only fulfils our duties within a Corporate Social Responsibility factor, but helps to promote socio-economic development for selected youth in the Northern Cape region.

The project involves the funding the studies of graduates, in the form of a 100% bursary, and aids them in completing any degree of their choice. We, as an established and professionally recognised recruitment partner, with a national reach, then take these graduates under our wing once they have received their qualification. We design professional CVs for each student, coach them in all aspects of job hunting, including interview prep and presenting their skills in a employable light and lastly, we promote them to potential employers, regarding suitable employment, in their field of study. The end result is that the students secure a stable income, a role in their field and are afforded an opportunity to achieve success that they may not have been afforded otherwise .
