FLEXI, INTERIM AND CONTRACT STAFF: We can source and provide staff for medium and long-term contracts, as well as providing flexi staff, who work on an ad-hoc basis or work from home, when full-time employment is not a necessity, during projects or for small to medium-sized companies. In addition, we specialize in providing interim management, such as CEO’s, CFO’s, and Executive Managers for turnaround projects and Board Appointments. We do not, however, manage payroll and are not a labour broker providing blue-collar employees.
AD RESPONSE: A popular service with our existing clients whereby we place job ads on a variety of popular and reputable job portals, managing the applicant response, and only submit candidates who meet the criteria and requirements, as outlined.
CAREER MAPPING AND RESTRUCTURE SUPPORT: Our Director, Mary de Wet, has been actively involved in managing several restructuring projects, identifying requirements, and advising on gaps in staffing, and building a “human puzzle” for existing businesses looking to improve skills and expertise. As well as for new company start-ups seeking to build a “dream team”. She has expert knowledge of BBBEE skills and candidate availability.
