PERMANENT RECRUITMENT: We can offer a variety of recruitment options, to prospective clients, with all categories listed in our fee structure, available upon request. We can provide cost-effective recruitment options for small business owners and have “unpacked” the recruitment process to provide either a portion of the process or complete the full process dependent on our client’s budget and requirement.

FLEXI, INTERIM AND CONTRACT STAFF: We can source and provide staff for medium and long-term contracts, as well as providing flexi staff, who work on an ad-hoc basis or work from home, when full-time employment is not a necessity, during projects or for small to medium-sized companies. In addition, we specialize in providing interim management, such as CEO’s, CFO’s, and Executive Managers for turnaround projects and Board Appointments. We do not, however, manage payroll and are not a labour broker providing blue-collar employees.

AD RESPONSE: A popular service with our existing clients whereby we place job ads on a variety of popular and reputable job portals, managing the applicant response, and only submit candidates who meet the criteria and requirements, as outlined.

CAREER MAPPING AND RESTRUCTURE SUPPORT: Our Director, Mary de Wet, has been actively involved in managing several restructuring projects, identifying requirements, and advising on gaps in staffing, and building a “human puzzle” for existing businesses looking to improve skills and expertise. As well as for new company start-ups seeking to build a “dream team”. She has expert knowledge of BBBEE skills and candidate availability.

RETRENCHMENT COACHING: We recently relaunched our Retrenchment Coaching option which provides support to company employees facing retrenchment. A detailed breakdown of this service and fee structure available upon request.
Candidate Assessment
WORKING STYLE ASSESSMENTS: We can provide Thomas International behavioural or working style reports on candidates, through being networked with industry psychometrists and professionals. In addition, we can facilitate and manage a variety of job-specific psychometric assessments tailored to the need of the company, industry, and job description.

VERIFICATIONS AND CHECKS: We offer qualification, credit, qualification, criminal, work permit, and various other critical verifications on candidates employed and prospective recruits. This is part of our recruitment process and is included in the fee. However, we can conduct these independently, as an optional service. A list of verifications and prices available upon request.
