Please note that this role is not on contract but is a permanent position requiring immigration to Ireland, United Kingdom
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- You must have completed a tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or similar, a background in the Building and Construction trade as well as 5+ years of experience with housing projects – Management experience is advantageous
- You must be computer literate in MS Office as well as various project programming and analysis tools
- You will be managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines, spearheading daily management & organisation of project resources, leading the supervision of sub-contractors
- You will be liaising with Project Manager and Construction Manager so interpersonal skills are essential
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
